The short story and activities of R-Design Studio Ltd.

The activity of our company based on the formerly acquired knowledge and experience of the founders in 3D surface modelling and the application of CAD systems, started in spring 2006 in the form of limited liability company. From the very beginning our aim is to realise only high quality services in the fields of 3D scanning, modelling, design and the manufacturing of prototypes in a way that we control the whole procedure of manufacturing ourselves.

R-Design Studio, due to the many years of experience, knowledge, creativity and up-to-date solutions of its team, had the chance to be the strategic partner of the martket-leader manufacturers of this speciality, to be a reference company and a reseller: R-Design Studio is proud to be the Hungarian sole distributor of GOM Optical Measuring Techniques, the leader company of this field. We create our products with the help of 3D modelling and designing-systems and manufacture them with the up-market Objet Polyjet 3D printer. During the process of the prototype manufacturing it is possible to make solid plastic parts, even of 16 micron resolution, that can be built-in the ready-made product later on. After the manufacturing of prototypes, we can fulfil occurent needs for small series production (50-100 or even 500 pieces) with vacuum-casting technology. This method besides being quick and exact is a cost-efficient solution as well. For details please click here.
